The Program for Specialized Treatment Early in Psychosis (STEP) is based at the Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) in New Haven. CMHC is a public-academic collaboration between the Yale University Department of Psychiatry and the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS).
