Josina James LMSW

Josina James is a clinical social worker on the STEP team, providing individual therapy and facilitating social cognition and interaction training (SCIT) groups. She received her BA in psychology from Fairfield University and her master’s in social work from the University of Connecticut’s School of Social Work.

As a social worker, Josina has provided individual and group therapy to adolescents and young adults for three years, including a previous internship with the STEP team. In her spare time, Josina enjoys running, hiking and backpacking, reading, and playing guitar.
